Delete your account

If you created a Race Support account, you can delete it at any time. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data we hold for the app, subject to limited retention where the law requires (for example fraud prevention or accounting records).

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Race Support app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then submit.

This permanently deletes your account through our servers. You will be signed out when it completes.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email hello@racesupport.app from the address on your account (or tell us the email / sign-in method you used). Include "Account deletion request" in the subject. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.

What is deleted

• Your login identity and profile details we store for the account.
• App data tied to your account (for example saved races, follows, and related preferences).
• Push notification tokens registered for your devices.

Public race calendar and results data from third parties (such as GBSki) are not your personal account data and remain available in the app for other users. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed in those stores; cancelling billing is separate from deleting your Race Support account.
